Summary

The Released and Not Sched report in ServiceBridge shows services at different stages of scheduling. Use it to review scheduling fields and identify services that have not yet had client outreach, then open a linked work order to update its custom fields.

Step-by-step

  1. From the ServiceBridge homepage, click Reports on the left.
  2. Search for “sched” and open the Released and Not Sched report.
  3. Expand the service locations view on the left to see full location names.
  4. Review the scheduling fields, including SCH (scheduling), REQ, spa D, and Next Action Due.
  5. Look for a plus sign under Next Action Due to identify services released for scheduling where the client has not yet been contacted.
  6. Click a job number in the report to open its work order.
  7. Click Collapse All at the top right, then open Custom Fields.
  8. Click Edit to update the relevant fields using text entry or the available choices. Refer to the separate training for the required date and time format.
  9. Click Save, then return to the report.
