How do we handle location attachments in SB?
Previously, all users could add, modify, and remove location attachments. This is no longer the case.
To eliminate the possibility of Location properties being accidentally modified by a user in Service Bridge and then overwritten by HubSpot, we restricted the ability of users to edit locations in Service Bridge. This means that users can no longer make changes to location attachments. We will eventually be no longer needing the Service Bridge app as we migrate more onto HubSpot, but for the time being, use the below procedure to update location attachments.
Location attachment modification (add/remove/change atachments) procedure:
Email director of operations, the location name, description of changes, and files related to what you're trying to achieve.
