PROPERTIES: How do I locate and use the information inside customers, locations, and contacts?

The custom fields and other details we used in SB are all combined into an object's properties.

  1. Each object includes “properties” such as address, phone number, and any custom fields brought over from ServiceBridge.
  2. These properties appear in the same location across all HubSpot views—on the left side of the window beneath the object’s name.
