Summary

Use HubSpot’s left-hand menu to find companies, locations, and contacts. Each record shows key details, related records, and activity, while location records also provide a Service Bridge link for work orders. Bookmark frequently used records for quicker access.

Step-by-step

1. Open the left-hand menu, expand the relevant section, and select Companies.
2. Type a few letters to filter the company list, then click the company you need.
3. Review company details on the left, contacts in the middle, associated locations and tickets on the right, and recent activities below.
4. Return to the left-hand menu, select Locations, and click the location you need.
5. Review the address, site access, site notes, and scheduling notes on the left side of the location record.
6. Use the Service Bridge link when work orders are unavailable in HubSpot, then go to Jobs to view past or active work orders.
7. Find the location’s job contacts in the center and its associated company on the right.
8. Return to the CRM menu, select Contacts, filter the list, and click the contact’s name.
9. Review the contact information, interactions in the middle, and associated company and locations on the right; click Show more to see additional locations.
10. Use the bookmark tab on frequently used records, then access them through the bookmarks menu.
